Close to 100 friends  and neighbors came out Thursday evening  (on a perfect summer night)  to watch the environmentally friendly Wall-E  in the park. While the Friends of the Park scheduled the event, the city's Parks and Recreation Department paid for it through special funding they receive for private park events like Parks on Tap.
